Overview
Grow gardens, works closely with a number of diffrent contractors so we are able to provide quotes from each for the client to choose from so that they know they are getting a competative price. Grow gardens also offers its Construction consultation service.
- Grow gardens will attend regular meetings in regards to the construction phase when and where deemed necessary to do so, upon mutual consent by both parties.
- Grow Gardens will undertake reviews of contractors construction only package, as per implementation of the design.
- Grow garden will undertake reviews and approval of control samples submitted by the contractor for design approval.
- Grow gardens will be available for final snagging and approval of contractors scope of works.
- Grow Garden will be available for review of contractors interval payment stages for verification and approval for client.
- Grow gardens will not be responsible for the appointed contractors construction works, finishing, irrigation etc and any other works pertaining to the project deliverables |
